![]() ![]() #Rhino vs formz softwareif you want you capacities as a digital designer to be taken seriously I would advise you suck it up and learn rhino and a BIM software ASAP. ![]() However, since you're creating in software, you are seriously selling yourself short by using such a terrible wimpy piece of software. If your process if mostly physical modelling and drawing and your 3d model and the drawings you pull down from it aren't huge for you, like in the industrial and commercial firms using sketchup, then it is totally fine since why would you need to invest the hours it takes to do it in a software you're familiar with. Coverage is subject to actual policy terms, conditions and exclusions and is currently not available in HI, MT, ND or WY. I'm a musician by art, not a freehand artist. ![]() In firms where CD is maybe two months if that and therefore less likely to have a good ROI on the licencing for sketchup is more common. It really depends on where you are talking about when you refer to "the industry." In firms where conceptual design is really big part of their process, Rhino is more common because of the sophistication of the model you can produce and the plugins available. ![]()
